納米激光粒度儀采用動態(tài)光散射原理，其測試方法具有不破壞、不干擾納米顆粒體系原有狀態(tài)的特點，從而保證了測試結果的真實性和有效性。采用此原理保證了以下六點性能。
The principle of dynamic light scattering is adopted in nanometer laser particle size analyzer. The test method has the characteristics of not destroying or interfering with the original state of the nanoparticle system, thus ensuring the authenticity and validity of the test results. Using this principle, the following six properties are guaranteed.
第一、大動態(tài)范圍高速光子相關器：采用專利技術設計的光子相關器，以高、低速通道搭配的結構，有效解決了硬件資源與通道數(shù)量之間的矛盾，實現(xiàn)了1010的動態(tài)范圍，并保證了相關函數(shù)基線的穩(wěn)定性。
First, large dynamic range and high speed photon correlator using photon correlator design patent technology, the structure of high and low speed channel collocation, effectively solve the contradiction between the amount of hardware resources and channels, to achieve a dynamic range of 1010, and to ensure the stability of the baseline correlation function.
第二、反演算法優(yōu)：采用擬合累積反演法和基于V-曲線判斷準則的正則化算法反演顆粒粒徑及其粒度分布，使測量結果的準確度和重復性均小于1%。
Second, the optimal inversion algorithm: the optimal fitting cumulative inversion method based on V- curve and determine the regularization algorithm of particle size and particle size distribution standards, accuracy and repeatability of the measurement result is less than 1%.
第三、抗噪能力強：采用小波消噪技術，解決了散射光強較低時，噪聲過大對測量結果的影響。
Third, super noise immunity: the use of wavelet denoising technology to solve the scattering light intensity is too low, too much noise on the impact of measurement results.
第四、穩(wěn)定的光路系統(tǒng)：采用恒溫532nm固態(tài)激光光源和單模保偏光纖技術搭建而成的光路系統(tǒng)，保證了光子相關光譜測量系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和準確度。
Fourth 、 stable optical path system: the optical path system constructed by constant temperature 532nm solid-state laser source and single-mode polarization maintaining fiber technology ensures the stability and accuracy of the photon correlation spectrum measurement system.
第五、高精度溫控系統(tǒng)：基于半導體制冷裝置，采用自適應PID控制算法，使溫度控制精度達±0.1℃。
Fifth 、 high precision temperature control system: Based on the semiconductor refrigeration device, the adaptive PID control algorithm is adopted to make the temperature control accuracy reach to + 0.1.
第六、納米激光粒度儀www.hmfk.com.cn采用高靈敏度光子探測器：采用專業(yè)級高性能光電倍增管，對光子信號具有極高的靈敏度和信噪比。光子計數(shù)器采用邊沿觸發(fā)模式，瞬間捕捉光子脈沖的變化。
Sixth 、 nanometer laser particle size instrument www.hmfk.com.cn adopts high sensitivity photon detector: using professional high performance photomultiplier tube, the photon signal has very high sensitivity and signal to noise ratio. Photon counter uses edge triggered mode to capture the change of photon pulse instantaneously.
